An established, fast‑growing commercial contractor in the Mountain West is seeking a Construction Estimator to support conceptual and hard‑bid projects across a broad commercial portfolio. This is a high‑impact role offering exposure to multiple service lines, strong internal support, and long‑term career progression within a well‑resourced organization.

Known for best‑in‑class customer service, they act as a true one‑stop solution for commercial property owners and managers, delivering integrated services across construction, exterior improvements, and ongoing site maintenance.Description
As the Construction Estimator, you will play a critical role in preconstruction and pricing strategy, reporting directly to the Lead Estimator.- Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for conceptual and negotiated projects
- Complete assigned estimates within established deadlines and priorities
- Develop clear, professional proposals in line with standardized processes
- Support value engineering efforts, including alternate materials and methods
- Solicit, analyze, and level subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Assist with procurement activities as directed
- Provide estimating support for change orders and scope revisions
Profile
For the Construction Estimator we are seeking:- Experience estimating commercial construction or property services projects
- Exposure to scopes such as concrete, asphalt, roofing, coatings, or general trades preferred
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and scopes of work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative, solutions‑oriented mindset
