Junior Estimator
We are searching for a meticulous Junior Estimator, passionate about property and construction, who will support our team in cost analysis and bidding processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of construction principles.

Description
- Must be able to read and comprehend drawings and specifications as well as be familiar with Procore and on screens takeoff
- Collaborate with the team to prepare cost estimates and bid proposals
- Review construction plans and prepare quantity take-offs
- Utilize software for data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Maintain and update the cost database to assist in cost and management decisions
- Work closely with project managers and engineers during project planning and development stages
- Manage and coordinate subcontractor bid packages
- Participate in client presentations to discuss cost estimates
- Ensure compliance with company standards and construction laws

Profile
A successful Junior Estimator should have:
- Proficiency in analytical software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of construction principles and procedures
- Excellent mathematical and IT skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of $54,000 - $80,000
