Description

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, identifying potential risks and implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Supervise and manage project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Monitor progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and industry standards.
• Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.

Profile

A successful Senior Project Manager -Multifamily Construction should have:

• A strong background in construction project management within the property industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and local building codes.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
