Superintendent - Commercial Interiors - Manhattan, NY
Seeking a skilled Commercial Interiors Superintendent to oversee high-end interior buildouts across Manhattan. This is an immediate hire with the opportunity to work on diverse, design-forward spaces in sectors like healthcare, hospitality, education, and corporate offices.

Description
- Oversee daily site operations and manage subcontractors
- Ensure project timelines, safety, and quality standards are met
- Coordinate with Project Managers and clients for smooth execution
- Leverage tech platforms (Procore or similar) for documentation and scheduling
Profile
You bring 5+ years of experience in NYC commercial interiors, strong coordination skills, and the tech-savvy mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You're comfortable on-site, hands-on, and ready to lead.
