Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager will oversee the planning and delivery of the construction project. They are responsible for ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.

General contractor local to the Colorado market that genuinely cares about their employees and ensuring a work life balance that results in a very low turnover. They've been building relationships for multiple decades throughout Denver and have a steady pipeline of commercial ground up and TI projects. Their projects include health care, education, offices and general commercial projects.

Description

Responsibilities of a Construction Project Manager include:

• Lead monthly status reviews
• Contract management
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Communicate with owners, architects and other team members
• Create and maintain schedule
• Delegate work effectively

Profile

The Construction Project Manager will have the following:

• 4 year degree in related field
• minimum 4 years as a Construction Project Manager
• Ground up Commercial Construction experience
• Experience using Procore
