Description
The Project Manager - Commercial & Healthcare Pipeline - Columbia will be responsible for:
- Review plans, specifications, and client requirements
- Initiate RFIs to resolve field issues and design discrepancies
- Process, review, and track submittals
- Evaluate design and shop drawings for cost and schedule impact
- Prepare subcontractor scope letters and initiate change orders
- Solicit bids and perform estimates with detailed cost breakdowns
- Maintain procurement, submittal, and RFI logs
- Assist with scheduling and track daily production
- Coordinate communication between design and construction teams
- Lead and mentor project management staff
Profile
The Project Manager - Commercial & Healthcare Pipeline - Columbia should have:
- 5+ Years as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
- Experience managing commercial projects - $1M - $20M+ ideally
- Applicable construction software knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Job Offer
The Project Manager - Commercial & Healthcare Pipeline - Columbia will receive:
- Base salary contingent on experience, ranging roughly $90,000-$140,000
