Construction Superintendent - Westchester, NY

This role is for a hands-on Superintendent who knows how to drive commercial interior jobs from start to finish-on time, on budget, and with professionalism on site. Projects range from $500K-$5M and span offices, healthcare spaces, education, retail, and labs.

Description

• Lead field operations on multiple active sites, often managing fast-turn commercial interiors

• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors, monitor progress, and solve problems before they escalate

• Represent the GC in client-facing settings-walkthroughs, updates, and weekly reporting to PMs

• Maintain jobsite safety, schedule accountability, and overall project quality

• Be a field-first leader who knows how to keep momentum moving without micromanaging

Profile

• Has 5-10 years running interiors for GCs in NY or CT-office, healthcare, education, or retail

• Understands what it means to be client-facing and can hold their own in walkthroughs or progress meetings

• Values communication, knows how to keep subs motivated, and brings a calm, solution-driven presence

• Lives within reasonable distance of Westchester/Fairfield and takes pride in clean, well-run jobsites

Job Offer

• Salary in the $140K-$170K range based on experience
