Client Details
This company has been in operation for several decades, building a variety of projects across military facilities, industrial/ warehouse facilities, manufacturing/ research development facilities and commercial tenant improvement projects. Their projects range in size from $1 million to $20 million in value, and they have an impressive pipeline of work into next year. At this stage, they are looking to hire candidates to their team who are passionate about the work they do and are excited to take part in the growth of a high-performing construction business.
Description
The Project Manager is responsible for:
- building multiple tenant improvement projects at a time, ranging from $1 million- $20 million in value
- handling lease negotiation, work review, and deal creation
- managing an APM dedicated to project paperwork, RFIs, etc. on the specific project
- serving as the primary face of the business with the architect, client, and subcontractors
- ability to hire architects
- managing the budget and overseeing the schedule, in coordination with the Superintendent

Profile
The right Project Manager has:
- at least 5 years of lead construction project management experience
- a background building design build/ military defense projects over $1+ million in value
- a background working at a general contractor AND on the owner's side as a representative
- leaseback experience
- communication skills, both written and verbal
- strong client-facing abilities and represents the employer well at all times
- experience in MS Project and Bluebeam software
- a Bachelor's Degree
Job Offer
The Project Manager receives:
- base salary up to $200,000
- PTO
- health insurance and dental insurance
- discretionary bonus paid annually
