Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the industrial industry
• Build and maintain key relationships within current accounts
• Assist Regional Sales Managers with inbound leads
• Collaborate with both sales and engineering teams to problem solve and deliver precise solutions
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
• Our client likes to develop their inside sales reps into outside sellers (Career Growth)

Profile

• At least an associates degree in engineering preferred. Business degrees are ok as long as you have technical experience
• Experience in capital/industrial equipment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to be onsite in NJ
