Description

• Provide executive oversight of multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Lead project teams, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives
• Serve as primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Oversee project financials, including forecasting, cost controls, and profitability
• Monitor construction schedules and implement strategies to mitigate delays or risks
• Partner with preconstruction teams on estimating, procurement, and contract strategy
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards across all projects
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and field staff to build organizational capability
• Collaborate with executive leadership on business development, client pursuits, and strategic growth initiatives
• Represent the company in negotiations with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners

Profile

• Construction related degree
• 10+ years of experience in Construction Project Management
• Multifamily experience a big plus
• Working knowledge of estimating, bidding, client relations, and trades.
• Working knowledge of construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
• Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.

Job Offer

• A competitive base salary between $150,000-$170,000
