Description
- Provide executive oversight of multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Lead project teams, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives
- Serve as primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Oversee project financials, including forecasting, cost controls, and profitability
- Monitor construction schedules and implement strategies to mitigate delays or risks
- Partner with preconstruction teams on estimating, procurement, and contract strategy
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards across all projects
- Mentor and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and field staff to build organizational capability
- Collaborate with executive leadership on business development, client pursuits, and strategic growth initiatives
- Represent the company in negotiations with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners
Profile
- Construction related degree
- 10+ years of experience in Construction Project Management
- Multifamily experience a big plus
- Working knowledge of estimating, bidding, client relations, and trades.
- Working knowledge of construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
- Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
Job Offer
- A competitive base salary between $150,000-$170,000
