Description

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and risk
• Serve as the primary client contact on assigned work
• Coordinate field teams, supers, and project engineers
• Spend time split between office and job sites

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 5+ years of project management experience with a GC
• 2-3+ year tenures and clear reasons for career moves
• Experience on commercial or public-sector projects
• Comfortable working on site 1-3 days per week
• Tech-savvy, professional, and strong communicator
