My client is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Manager to oversee and optimize production operations across the Engineering & Manufacturing Department. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a deep understanding of the industrial and manufacturing industry.

Description

As the Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Oversee daily operations and manage the manufacturing team
• Implement production plans and monitor productivity
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with safety regulations
• Drive process improvements and identify cost reduction opportunities
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations
• Train, mentor, and develop team members
• Handle troubleshooting and resolution of production issues
• Prepare and present performance reports to upper management

Profile

A successful Manufacturing Manager should have:

• A degree in engineering, business management or a relevant field
• 7+ years of supervisory experience in the manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role
• Lean Six Sigma
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
• Knowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines
• In-depth understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
