Manufacturing Manager - Industrial - Rochester, NH
My client is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Manager to oversee and optimize production operations across the Engineering & Manufacturing Department. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a deep understanding of the industrial and manufacturing industry.

Description
As the Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee daily operations and manage the manufacturing team
- Implement production plans and monitor productivity
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with safety regulations
- Drive process improvements and identify cost reduction opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations
- Train, mentor, and develop team members
- Handle troubleshooting and resolution of production issues
- Prepare and present performance reports to upper management

Profile
A successful Manufacturing Manager should have:
- A degree in engineering, business management or a relevant field
- 7+ years of supervisory experience in the manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role
- Lean Six Sigma
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
- Knowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines
- In-depth understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
