Coordinate and supervise all construction activities while directing all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, and with quality workmanship that conforms to plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities of a Multi-Family Construction Superintendent - Orangevale, CA
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Profile
A Successful Multi-Family Construction Superintendent - Orangevale, CA
- Previous experience as the lead superintendent for ground-up, new construction of multifamily apartments or condos
- Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
- Strong leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Job Offer

- $120,000 - $140,000 base
