• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

A Successful Multi-Family Construction Superintendent - Orangevale, CA

• Previous experience as the lead superintendent for ground-up, new construction of multifamily apartments or condos
• Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
• Strong leadership qualities
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Good written and verbal communication skills
