Assistant Project Manager - NYC
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of commercial interior construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you will assist in coordinating teams, managing documentation, and ensuring all phases of construction are executed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Description
Support Project Managers in overseeing commercial interiors projects.
Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and procurement.
Track RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and design teams.
Monitor progress to ensure adherence to quality, budget, and timelines.
Profile
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced commercial interiors environment. They are a strong communicator with organizational skills that allow them to juggle multiple priorities while providing reliable support to senior project leaders.
Background in commercial interiors construction.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage documentation and deadlines effectively.
Team-oriented with a proactive mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Procore or similar is a plus.
