Structured Finance Officer

We are seeking a Structured Finance Officer for our Banking & Financial Services Department who is experienced in credit and project finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of structured finance and the ability to lead the credit process on new transactions.

Description

• Lead the credit process on new project finance transactions
• Monitor existing project finance transactions
• Prepare credit applications
• Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on potential deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
• Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory changes in the financial services industry
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Develop and present financial reports to senior management
• Participate in strategic planning and business development initiatives

Profile

A successful 'Structured Finance Officer' should have:

• A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• A strong understanding of structured finance and project finance
• 5 years of overall financial services experience with 1-3 years sitting on a project finance team
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Strong financial analysis and due diligence skills
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the financial services industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
