Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the construction process for multifamily wood frame projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Lead and coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codes.
• Monitor and report on project progress, resolving issues and mitigating risks as they arise.
• Review and approve subcontractor and vendor invoices.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and clients on project status.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

Profile

Successful Construction Project Manager - Multifamily - New Jersey Candidate:

• At least 10+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in multifamily wood frame projects, specifically ground-up construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and safety standards.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets and timelines while ensuring quality.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to navigate complex construction challenges.
• Experience working with design, architectural, and engineering teams to drive project success.
