Construction Project Manager - Multifamily - New Jersey
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in multifamily wood frame construction, specifically from ground up. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the construction process for multifamily wood frame projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Lead and coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codes.
- Monitor and report on project progress, resolving issues and mitigating risks as they arise.
- Review and approve subcontractor and vendor invoices.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and clients on project status.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Profile
Successful Construction Project Manager - Multifamily - New Jersey Candidate:
- At least 10+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in multifamily wood frame projects, specifically ground-up construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and safety standards.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets and timelines while ensuring quality.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to navigate complex construction challenges.
- Experience working with design, architectural, and engineering teams to drive project success.
