  What You'll Do as a Superintendent
  
  
  • Oversee daily onsite construction operations for multifamily projects.
  • Manage subcontractors, scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate with the project manager to maintain budgets, timelines, and documentation.
  • Conduct regular site walks, progress reports, and inspections.
  • Ensure a high‑quality final product that meets company standards.
  
  

Profile

• 5+ years of superintendent building and construction experience, preferably with ground up multifamily or commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of site management, sequencing, and field problem‑solving.
• Ability to communicate clearly with owners, PMs, trades, and inspectors.
• OSHA 30 and familiarity with local building codes preferred.
• Professional, reliable, and able to maintain a productive jobsite environment.
