What You'll Do as a Superintendent- Oversee daily onsite construction operations for multifamily projects.
- Manage subcontractors, scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with the project manager to maintain budgets, timelines, and documentation.
- Conduct regular site walks, progress reports, and inspections.
- Ensure a high‑quality final product that meets company standards.
Profile
- 5+ years of superintendent building and construction experience, preferably with ground up multifamily or commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of site management, sequencing, and field problem‑solving.
- Ability to communicate clearly with owners, PMs, trades, and inspectors.
- OSHA 30 and familiarity with local building codes preferred.
- Professional, reliable, and able to maintain a productive jobsite environment.
