Description

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Engineer - Leading Developer Multifamily Construction is responsible for

• Assist in project planning - support pre-construction activities, document reviews, and scheduling
• Coordinate with stakeholders - interface with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Manage documentation - track RFIs, submittals, permits, drawings, and project logs
• Support field operations - collaborate with superintendents to resolve on-site issues and ensure quality
• Monitor budgets and schedules - help manage cost tracking and progress reports
• Ensure compliance - assist in enforcing safety regulations and building codes
• Problem-solving - identify and address project-related challenges quickly

Profile

A successful Candidate for the Project Engineer - Leading Developer Multifamily Construction role:

• 1+ year experience in multifamily construction
• Complete understanding of the building and construction process
• Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients
• Self-motivated
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to take on multiple responsibilities and complete a variety of tasks to complete projects on time
