Description

• Support Project Managers in the oversight of public sector construction projects

• Assist with project scheduling, budgets, cost tracking, and documentation

• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, permits, and change orders

• Collaborate with field staff, subcontractors, and agency representatives to keep projects on track

• Ensure adherence to contract requirements, safety standards, and regulatory compliance

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

• 2-5 years of construction experience, with exposure to public work projects (SCA, DDC, NYCHA, EDC experience a plus)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment

• A team player with the ambition to progress into a Project Manager role
