We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the execution of high-profile public work projects across New York. This role is ideal for a motivated construction professional looking to advance their career in a structured, team-driven environment.

Description
Support Project Managers in the oversight of public sector construction projects
Assist with project scheduling, budgets, cost tracking, and documentation
Coordinate RFIs, submittals, permits, and change orders
Collaborate with field staff, subcontractors, and agency representatives to keep projects on track
Ensure adherence to contract requirements, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
2-5 years of construction experience, with exposure to public work projects (SCA, DDC, NYCHA, EDC experience a plus)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
A team player with the ambition to progress into a Project Manager role
