Change Management IT Consultant (Mandarin Speaking)

As a Change Management Consultant within the financial services industry, you'll play a critical role in guiding technology-focused transformation initiatives. This temporary position is based in New York and offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on organizational change.

This role is on-site five days a week, W2 only, and requires fluency in Chinese/Mandarin.

Description

The candidate will assist the Change team in reviewing upcoming production IT changes, verifying change documentation, and ensuring the required documents are provided by change owners. They will also assist in evaluating potential change violations within our critical applications.

Profile

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Change Management (ITIL-based) strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of Change Management as an ITIL practice - focus on IT service management, not organizational transformation.
• Prior experience in IT operations or end-user support is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, including Windows and Linux operating systems, and commonly used applications (e.g., MS Office Suite, Teams, Jabber).
• ITIL Certification (Foundation or higher) is preferred but not required - a strong indicator of fit.
• Must have the ability to review, validate, and manage IT production changes effectively.
• Technical IT role - candidates must demonstrate strong IT knowledge and experience.
• Business Analyst or non-IT profiles will not be considered - this is not a business transformation role.
