Superintendent - Hospital Construction

This is a full-time Superintendent role overseeing interior renovations within active healthcare facilities. You'll be leading construction for a major Emergency Department renovation in Brooklyn.

Description

• Oversee all field operations for a hospital Emergency Department interior renovation (~8,000 sqft)
• Manage infection control procedures, hospital permitting, and coordination in occupied facilities
• Supervise subcontractors, site safety, daily logs, and schedule adherence
• Coordinate closely with ownership, foremen, and healthcare stakeholders
• Ensure high standards of quality, cleanliness, and professionalism on-site

Profile

• Has 8+ years of experience running interior projects in occupied healthcare environments
• Previously served as the sole superintendent on renovation projects
• Comfortable navigating hospital procedures and infection control protocols
• Professional, organized, and driven to grow with a smaller firm
• Prefers a hands-on environment over rigid corporate structure

Job Offer

• Base salary between $140K-$170K
