A nationally recognized general contractor headquartered in North Texas is seeking a Project Manager to help lead complex healthcare and commercial projects. Description
- Lead day‑to‑day project operations on renovation projects
- Partner with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to move work forward
- Manage budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and procurement
- Lead OAC meetings and ensure clear, consistent communication across all channels
- Support a Lean project environment through collaboration, pull planning, and continuous improvement practices
- Work closely with Superintendents to maintain quality, safety, and production targets
- Identify risks early and drive solutions that keep projects on track
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a client‑first mindset
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager for a reputable commercial general contractor
- Experience on at least one pharmaceutical or healthcare project
- Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, and construction documentation
- Ability to collaborate in a Lean‑driven environment
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Tech‑savvy with comfort using project management and collaboration platforms
- A proactive, solutions‑oriented leadership style
Job Offer
- $120k - $160k Base Salary (dependent on tenure, projects, and overall experience)
- Promotions assessed twice per year
- Two-tiered bonus structure
- Company allowance(s) (truck allowance [$800/month], tech package, gas card & toll tag if relevant)
