Project Manager - Heavy Civil
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale civil construction projects. This individual will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring it meets quality standards, stays within budget, and is completed on schedule.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, from initial concept through project completion.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Manage contract negotiations, procurement, and logistics.
- Monitor on-site progress, quality control, and risk management.
- Provide leadership to project teams, fostering a culture of safety, communication, and excellence.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing heavy civil projects, such as highways, bridges, or large-scale utility projects.
- Proficiency in construction project management software (e.g., Trimble, Bid2Win, Insite, Procore, Primavera P6).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Preferred:
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience working on projects valued over $10 million.
