Construction Superintendent - Brooklyn, NY
The Superintendent will oversee a $40M ambulatory center project and lead multiple commercial projects valued at $5-10M. You'll be responsible for ensuring timely project completion, safety, and quality.

Description
- Oversee daily operations and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
- Ensure project milestones are met within budget and timeline.
- Manage subcontractors and maintain a safe work environment.
- Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects. You are an excellent communicator and leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
