Personal Injury Paralegal
These roles support attorneys in specialized practice groups handling motorcycle accident and truck accident cases. The ideal candidate will have prior personal injury experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with attorneys and staff.

Description
- Assist with investigations to determine at-fault parties.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding injuries, medical treatment, and economic losses.
- Obtain up-to-date medical and billing records and other supporting documents.
- Determine applicability of health insurance or other liens.
- Draft persuasive demand letters.
- Prepare cases for settlement and litigation.
- Draft discovery demands, responses, and other legal documents.
- Correspond professionally with defense counsel, clients, and relevant parties.
- Draft pleadings, including non-dispositive and procedural motions.
- Manage project timelines and perform legal research.
- Prepare cases for court, including pleadings and discovery documents.
- Assist with trial preparation, including creating exhibits and visual aids.
- Enter data accurately into the firm's case management systems.

Profile
A successful Personal Injury Paralegal should have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Plaintiff's Personal Injury matters (auto/truck accidents, fall cases).
- Practical knowledge of pre-litigation case management and litigation.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
- Commitment to exceptional client service.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
- Spanish language skills a plus.
- Paralegal Certificate or Associate Degree required.
- Ability to learn and adapt to emerging legal technologies.
- Full-time on-site work required.
