Description

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead new construction and renovation projects in the DC Metro area. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilitie

  • Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from planning through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor quality of work and materials to meet project specifications.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Utilize Procore, P6, and Excel for project documentation and management.

Profile

* 7+ years of progressive construction Project Manager experience
* Demonstrated leadership on at least one full-cycle project valued at $20M or greater (multiple preferred)
* Experience in ground-up new construction and renovation (minimum of 3 new construction projects required)
* Healthcare project experience strongly preferred; interiors experience acceptable with required new construction background
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent skilled trades experience)
* Ability to pass background checks and obtain AOC badging; clearances are a plus

Job Offer

  • Base salary: $100K-$135K (commensurate with experience)
  • $800/month car allowance
  • $1,000 annual cellphone allowance
  • Annual discretionary bonus tied to company revenue
