Description The Superintendent will be responsible for managing commercial interior construction projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial interior projects
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site activities
- Develop and maintain 2-week look-ahead schedules
- Schedule inspections and ensure code compliance
- Maintain project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders
Profile
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial interior projects
- Strong background in office build-outs required
- Ability to run projects independently from start to finish
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors and project schedules
- Comfortable commuting throughout MD, DC, and VA
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
