We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in their most recent role. Description

Project Manager - Commercial Construction - $150k - Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Collaborate closely with the Estimating team and clients, providing oversight from pre-construction through project completion.

• Utilize your expertise in conceptual estimating and design-build processes to drive the success of the project.

• Ensure smooth project execution, making critical decisions and adjustments as needed to keep projects on track.

• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism and communication.

Profile

Project Manager - Commercial Construction - $150k - Will have

• 10+ years of experience in construction management, with a preference for ground-up construction.

• 5+ years in a leadership or senior project management role.

• Proficiency with Procore and MS Suite.

• Strong experience in commercial, manufacturing, multifamily, automotive, or industrial construction projects.

• A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving and project execution.
