Project Manager - Commercial Construction - $150k
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in their most recent role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on diverse, ground-up construction projects.

Description
Project Manager - Commercial Construction - $150k - Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Collaborate closely with the Estimating team and clients, providing oversight from pre-construction through project completion.
Utilize your expertise in conceptual estimating and design-build processes to drive the success of the project.
Ensure smooth project execution, making critical decisions and adjustments as needed to keep projects on track.
Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism and communication.
