Description

The Project Manager - Commercial/K-12 Construction - Washington, DC will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion
  • Developing, monitoring, and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project execution
  • Enforcing safety regulations and quality control standards
  • Ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, permitting, and compliance requirements
  • Driving project progress and proactively resolving challenges that arise on-site
  • Fostering a collaborative work environment while leading project teams effectively

Profile

The Project Manager - Commercial/K-12 Construction - Washington, DC will have:

  • Project Managers with experience in large-scale projects
  • Strong tenure is essential - no job hoppers (maximum of 3 roles in the past 7 years)
  • Experience must be with General Contractors (not Developers or Clients)
  • Must be confident, proactive, and results-driven - no timid candidates will be considered
