SR Project Manager | Light Industrial, Milwaukee

Description
Project Leadership | Drive $40M+ industrial projects from precon through turnover, owning schedule, cost, and client satisfaction.
Financial Command | Lead buyout, forecasting, cost controls, and change strategy to protect margin and project health.
Client & Stakeholder Management | Build trust and alignment through clear communication, accountability, and presence.
Schedule & Execution | Develop and drive the master schedule with proactive planning, trade coordination, and issue anticipation.
Team + Field Partnership | Partner with Superintendents and PEs to create a unified, solution-driven project front.
Risk, Quality & Compliance | Enforce standards, documentation, and controls to ensure safety, quality, and operational handover success.
Profile
Industrial Experience | Proven track record delivering large light-industrial or manufacturing projects with complexity.
Executive Communicator | Commands a room, drives clarity, and can push back with diplomacy and confidence.
Financially Sharp | Skilled in buyout strategy, forecasting, contracts, and cost control.
Strategic Planner | Uses look-aheads, sequencing, and proactive coordination vs last-minute firefighting.
Relationship-First Leader | Earns respect with owners, architects, subs, and internal teams through presence and accountability.
Process + Tech Fluent | Comfortable with Procore, scheduling software, and disciplined documentation.
