Description

• Project Support: Assist Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
• Documentation: Maintain project documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to address project requirements and ensure satisfaction.
• Technology Utilization: Use and manage construction management software; willing to train on specific CM technologies.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the ten-person office team, ensuring a good cultural fit and team synergy.

Profile

• Experience: 1-3 years in a related role within commercial, public, multifamily, or higher education construction projects.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with construction management software; willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Location: Must be easily commutable to the Northampton office; flexibility for occasional remote work upon request.
