The Manufacturing Site Lead will oversee manufacturing and production floor projects while leading project through ahnds on and leadership practices.

Description

The Lead Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for:

• Leads cross-functional manufacturing projects to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals
• Manages budgets, tooling, and resources to optimize production efficiency and output
• Designs and improves tools and dies using Solid Edge CAD, reducing lead times and complexity
• Develops and implements low-cost automation solutions, including PLC programming
• Mentors engineering teams and drives lean manufacturing initiatives for continuous improvement
• Analyzes and enhances manufacturing processes using data, simulations, and experiments
• Ensures on-time delivery and collaborates with departments to maintain high safety and quality standards

Profile

The successful Lead Manufacturing Engineer will have the following qualifications:

• BS in Engineering (manufacturing, mechanical).
• 6+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• Background in Lean Manufacturing, Project Management, ISO and CAD.
• Ability to apply skills as they apply to tooling and machining.
