Project Manager - Mission Critical
As a Traveling Project Manager, you'll oversee large-scale, technically complex projects from preconstruction through closeout. Projects span data centers, high-tech manufacturing, and other mission-critical sectors. You'll lead a talented field team, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure successful delivery on time and within budget - all while working for a company where every employee is an owner.

An industry-leading, employee-owned general contractor is seeking an experienced Traveling Project Manager to join their growing team focused on mission-critical construction projects. This role is ideal for a high-performing construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to take ownership in their work - literally.
Description
Lead and manage all phases of construction projects across the U.S.
Collaborate with preconstruction teams on budgeting, scheduling, and planning
Oversee on-site operations to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to meet project goals
Communicate effectively with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders
Monitor project costs, schedules, and progress against critical milestones
Prepare and manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Resolve issues proactively to avoid delays and cost overruns
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to spec
Profile
Proven experience managing mission-critical or complex commercial/industrial projects
Willingness to travel full-time across the U.S.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Job Offer
Competitive Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 base
