As a Senior Program Manager in the life science industry, you will oversee complex projects within the engineering and manufacturing department, ensuring their successful execution from initiation to completion. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage cross-functional teams.

Client Details

The organization specializes in manufacturing medical device components across the country. They have over 20+ facilities with their headquarters located in Southern New Hampshire. They recently brought in a Director of Program Management to grow a team and help product transfers and take on a lot of responsibility on a national scale.

Description

  • Lead and manage multiple engineering and manufacturing projects within the life science sector, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, tracking progress and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee resource allocation to ensure projects are adequately staffed and supported.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all project activities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.
