Description

• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating daily operations across commercial construction projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget targets are met.
• Support preparation and management of project schedules using tools such as CPM to track milestones, deliverables, and critical paths.
• Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure subcontractor compliance and alignment with project requirements.
• Coordinate procurement activities, including issuing RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, and tracking long-lead materials.
• Monitor project costs, process change orders, and assist with budget forecasting and monthly financial reporting.
• Facilitate communication between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality control, safety compliance with OSHA standards, and adherence to project plans.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and closeout packages.

Profile

• 2+ years of commercial construction experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to act as a main point of contact for key clients
• Passion for construction

Job Offer

• Base salary of $70,000 to $90,000 dependent on qualifications
• Yearly bonus of 10% of base salary
• Yearly profit sharing contribution of an additional 10% of base salary
