Associate, Risk Data Analysis & Reporting
Thhe Associate will assist in conducting data and business analysis as part of the Risk Data Aggregation & Risk Reporting program at the bank. Key responsibilities include performing data analysis, gathering business requirements, and automating reporting processes to efficiently support projects and initiatives within the RDA Program, while ensuring compliance with senior management and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Data/Business Analysis and Reporting Automation:
Analyze data across the bank's databases and systems to support project implementation and identify any data issues or gaps.
Automate reporting processes and reports using relevant technology to enhance reporting efficiency.
Maintain and understand the data mapping and model for the centralized risk data repository.
Communicate with stakeholders from Front Line Units and Internal Risk Management to understand their data requirements.
Facilitate the gathering and analysis of business requirements for RDA data mart improvements.
Document business requirements and specifications to support system implementations.
Conduct user testing for system implementations and collaborate with the IT team to address any issues.
Generate user-specific reports and perform data analysis by querying the databases as per user needs.
RDA Program Management:
Support activities related to the RDA Working Group (WG).
Assist in gap analysis and self-assessments to ensure alignment with RDA regulatory standards.
Contribute to the coordination and oversight of RDA compliance actions.
Help facilitate responses to RDA-related inquiries from the Head Office and regulators.
Profile
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree in Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analysis, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in data analysis, business analysis, and reporting is preferred. Additionally, 1 year of experience in system development or project management is beneficial.
Experience in the financial and banking industry, particularly in risk management, is preferred.
Proficiency in coding and programming languages such as SQL, Python, Java, R, etc., is essential.
Strong data analysis skills, especially working with large datasets and systems, are required.
A solid understanding of database and information systems, such as SQL Server databases and data warehousing concepts, is needed.
Knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, and risk management principles is beneficial.
CBAP, FRM, PMP, or CFA certifications are preferred.
Job Offer
$90,000 - $150,000.
