The Director of Construction will lead and manage large-scale construction projects within the business services industry, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards. Description

  • Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
  • Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations at all project sites.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor the construction team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

A successful Director of Construction should have:
