As the Director of Electrical Engineering, you will use your strong leadership skills to lead a team of high capable engineers. You will train, mentor, and guide these engineers to develop strong technical skills. From a technical standpoint, you will oversee the progress of projects and manage electrical systems.

Description
The Director of Electrical Engineering will be responsible for the following:
- Lead a medium sized team of engineers
- Develop technical competencies of team members
- Oversee and contribute to product development projects
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to overall electrical engineering development
- Concept reviews, design reviews, V&V test planning
- Monitor projects and programs
Profile
- Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of electrical engineering experience
- Experience leading medium to large sized teams
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Experience managing electrical systems
