Description

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control throughout the construction process.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, and equipment for project bidding.
• Evaluate project scope and work with teams to establish accurate project timelines and schedules.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Review and approve change orders, adjusting cost estimates as necessary.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate cost-related issues.
• Prepare and present regular financial reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status.

Profile

• 5+ years construction experience
• Ability to run light commercial and retail builds with autonomy
• Ability to build relationships with key clients
• Strong estimating abilities
• Positive attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with relevant technology
• Passion for construction
