Description
- Analyze and enhance current manufacturing processes to improve quality and efficiency.
- Meet performance metrics related to safety, quality, cost, and productivity.
- Lead projects for new products and technologies, managing costs and vendor relationships.
- Gather and analyze factory data to identify areas for process improvement.
- Document and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality and cycle times.
- Develop financial justifications for equipment and process changes.
- Address challenges related to people, processes, and equipment with strong problem-solving skills.
- Foster relationships with customers and vendors.
- Engage in fixture and tool design, along with some process engineering responsibilities.
Profile
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.

- Proficiency in manufacturing processes and related technical applications.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong practical understanding of LEAN/Continuous Improvement
Job Offer
- Base salary $80,000 - $100,000 depending on level of experience
- 3 Weeks PTO + Company Holidays
