Superintendent - Multifamily Developer - $160k
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join a nationally recognized multifamily developer/builder. This individual will oversee day‑to‑day field operations for a major new high‑end multifamily development breaking ground imminently.
Client Details
This company is one of the largest and most respected multifamily developers/builders in the United States, operating with the resources of a national powerhouse but maintaining a 20‑person, close‑knit Boston office. They specialize in large‑scale, luxury multifamily projects exceeding $100M, and are recognized for their commitment to quality, creativity, and long‑term team development.
Description
- Lead all onsite construction activities from groundbreaking through closeout.
- Oversee subcontractors, scheduling, quality control, logistics, and daily field operations.
- Maintain safety compliance, conduct walkthroughs, and ensure adherence to project plans.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and PX on budgeting, sequencing, and execution.
- Drive communication between field teams, design partners, and ownership.
- Manage inspections, punch lists, and turnover to ensure premium‑level finish quality.
- Proactively identify issues, mitigate risks, and keep the project on schedule.
