Construction Superintendent

The Construction Superintendent will oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in the Property industry and an ability to lead teams effectively.

Description

• Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members for seamless project execution.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Communicate progress and updates to project stakeholders effectively.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and reports.
• Collaborate with project managers to meet budget and timeline goals.

Profile

A successful Construction Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience in managing construction projects within the Property industry.
• Project experience with public and private work ranging from $5 - $20 million dollars on average.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
