Senior Manager Legal Billing Operations

Description
Oversee daily billing operations and manage team workloads to meet deadlines
Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements
Provide training, coaching, and support to managers and billing staff
Handle billing inquiries and collaborate with clients and attorneys to resolve issues
Lead projects, facilitate meetings, and serve as a subject-matter expert
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience managing a complex billing function in an AM Law 200 law firm
At least 2 years of second-tier management experience (managing other managers overseeing billing/invoicing teams)
Experience with Aderant and e-Billing applications
Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Ability to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, staff, and senior stakeholders
