Description

• Manage tenant improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project scopes and objectives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to track progress and performance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee project milestones and quality control.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
