Federal Superintendent

Description

Superintendent will be responsible for the following:

• Managing on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Managing project schedules and budgets.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets established standards.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding project updates.
• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site team members as needed.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• A background in construction, with knowledge of federal projects
• 5+ years overseeing federal construction projects.
• Strong relationships with the Corps (USACE)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively manage and communicate with diverse teams.
• An understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
• A proactive approach to addressing challenges and ensuring project success.
