Lead Superintendent - Highrise - Nashville
We are seeking a Superintendent with highrise experience to oversee and manage highrise construction projects in the Nashville area. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with expertise in the construction industry to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Description
- Manage and oversee all aspects of highrise construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
