Interior Superintendent

Seeking an experienced Interior Superintendent to lead on-site construction for fast-paced commercial interior projects. This role focuses on delivering high-quality finishes while maintaining aggressive schedules across corporate office and hospitality buildouts.

Client Details

The client is an established, employee-owned (ESOP) general contractor specializing in commercial interior construction throughout South Florida. With a mid-sized team and over 30 million sq. ft. of interiors completed, they are known for exceptional craftsmanship, repeat clients, and the ability to execute demanding schedules.

Description

• Oversee all field operations for interior buildout projects.

• Maintain project schedule, quality control, site safety, and daily reporting.

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades.

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and client representatives.

• Resolve field issues quickly to keep projects on track.

• Ensure final finishes meet high-quality standards.

Profile

A successful Interior Superintendent should have:

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial interiors.

• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, sequencing, and high-detail buildouts.

• Proven ability to manage fast-track schedules and coordinate multiple trades.

• Excellent communicator, organized, and comfortable in a client-facing role.

• Solutions-driven with a focus on quality and schedule.
