Interior Superintendent
Seeking an experienced Interior Superintendent to lead on-site construction for fast-paced commercial interior projects. This role focuses on delivering high-quality finishes while maintaining aggressive schedules across corporate office and hospitality buildouts.
Client Details
The client is an established, employee-owned (ESOP) general contractor specializing in commercial interior construction throughout South Florida. With a mid-sized team and over 30 million sq. ft. of interiors completed, they are known for exceptional craftsmanship, repeat clients, and the ability to execute demanding schedules.
Description
Oversee all field operations for interior buildout projects.
Maintain project schedule, quality control, site safety, and daily reporting.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers and client representatives.
Resolve field issues quickly to keep projects on track.
Ensure final finishes meet high-quality standards.

Profile
A successful Interior Superintendent should have:
5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial interiors.
Strong knowledge of interior finishes, sequencing, and high-detail buildouts.
Proven ability to manage fast-track schedules and coordinate multiple trades.
Excellent communicator, organized, and comfortable in a client-facing role.
Solutions-driven with a focus on quality and schedule.
