Construction Superintendent - Multifamily, K-12
This Superintendent role leads multifamily or K-12 projects from site mobilisation through closeout. You will run safe, high-quality builds while mentoring field teams and partnering closely with project management.

The business delivers large-scale projects across education, residential, healthcare, and mixed-use, with a strong reputation for repeat clients, internal promotion, and long-term financial stability.
Description
* Lead day-to-day site operations on multifamily or K-12 projects
* Manage schedules, subcontractors, and on-site safety programmes
* Coordinate closely with Project Managers and design partners
* Maintain quality standards, inspections, and project documentation
* Mentor assistant superintendents and field staff
Profile
* 5+ years' experience as a Superintendent or Senior Assistant
* Background in multifamily, podium, or K-12 construction
* Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, and subcontractor management
* Able to lead teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders
* Open to mostly local work with limited regional travel
Job Offer
* Salary of $100,000-$130,000 plus bonuses
* Guaranteed annual and project-completion bonuses (often $25k-$30k)
