Construction Project Engineer

The Construction Project Engineer will support the Project Manager and Superintendent in coordinating all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Description

• Assist with project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes

• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers

• Support project scheduling and ensure timely delivery of materials

• Help maintain jobsite safety and quality standards

• Track project budgets and costs

• Participate in regular site visits and progress meetings

• Ensure project compliance with contract documents and local regulations

Profile

Construction Project Engineer:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience as a Project Engineer with a general contractor

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and team-first mindset
